Check out this amazing video which shows how different posture was before the 1920′s in the U.S. Around that time there was a shift in fashion, and now almost everyone has “out of Balance” posture. This video shows how straight people were prior to the 1920′s. Look at how far back their shoulders are, and how long the necks are.
