Come to a 2-hour introductory "Balance" class and learn how to sit comfortably. An intriguing slide show will teach you why people in less industrialized parts of the world have so little back pain, and how you can regain comfort in your body by following simple guidelines.

Sonoma Body Balance Classes

We offer Yoga classes several times a week, including Restorative Yoga, (see the Yoga page for the class schedule), as well as the Foundations Series, Free Introductory "Balance" classes, and advanced workshops. Come by and check it out - it's across from Whole Foods in Petaluma, on the other side of E. Washington, just past the corner of E. Washington and Vallejo, at 210 Vallejo Street, Suite C.
